Quality

Our credentials

We could hardly expect professional credentials for our members and clients and not possess them ourselves. So you will be reassured to know that we are regulated by the RQIA – Regulative and Quality Improvement Authority, and that we are an ISO 9001 accredited organisation.

This means that a culture of 'quality' extends throughout all aspects of our care. All nursing and care staff that join us are closely scrutinised in terms of background and competency and we regularly liaise with our clients to ensure that everyone who avails of our services is completely satisfied.

Our Quality Policy Statement

It is our aim to be the first choice in nursing care and to deliver high quality patient care at a reasonable cost. The achievement of high quality and consistency calls for a systematic and disciplined approach by all staff in all activities associated with the delivery of the customer's specific requirements.

The company is committed to the ongoing improvement of the quality management system through the establishment and ongoing review of specific measurable quality objectives, and the involvement of staff in meeting these objectives.
