(NI) 1971. The agency adheres strictly
to the Royal College of Nursing’s
Guide to Good Practice in Nursing and
Care Agencies.

 Founder
Amanda McCully is a nursing professional
with over 25 years experience and until
April 2001 was Chairperson of the Royal
College of Nursing Agency and Care Managers
Forum (UK). She established Balmoral
Healthcare in direct response to market
demand for a quality specialist provider
of healthcare professionals to the Public
and Private Sectors. The motivation
was her genuine desire to improve healthcare
provision in her native Northern Ireland.
Balmoral Healthcare has now in excess
of 2,500 members and provides temporary
and permanent nurses, nursing auxiliaries
and care assistants 24 hours-a-day to
Nursing and Residential Homes, Specialist
Care Centres, Hospices, Day Care Centres,
Private Hospitals and Health Service
Trusts.
As the demand from clients to provide
more specialist nurses increases, Balmoral
Healthcare has provided a pool of nurses
offering specialist skills including
ICU, CCU, Theatre, Neurosurgery and
Accident & Emergency.
