Before we recruit nurses for you, we
familiarise ourselves fully with your establishment,
your job requirements, your staff and your
clinical nature.
Balmoral ensures that the candidate fully
understands the nature of the environment
they are coming to work in. However, in
the event that the candidate terminates
their agreement, Balmoral will be able to
offer you a percentage rebate, depending
on the length of time in service.
Is there anything else I have to do?
From experience, we recommend that you ensure
all your staff support you fully. We will
provide you with information regarding the
culture in the Philippines which we recommend
that you familiarise your staff with.
How does the Overseas Nurses' qualifications
compare with the UK's?
The NMC have stipulated that a nurse
working in the UK must fulfill a criteria
as set out by the Council. We have information
regarding the full criteria that is required.
