Q. What does this involve?

A. All our clients expect up-to-date skilled nurses and therefore your experience must reflect this. At the interview we ask you about the type of area you have been working in.

We do not place nurses in clinical areas where they are inexperienced and we do not send our nurses to clinically unfamiliar areas.

Q. As a nurse do I have to pay for your service?

A. No. Our service for health professionals is free of charge.

Q. What are your rates of pay?

A. We aim to pay professionals a rate that reflects their flexibility and ability. At Balmoral we aim to be open and honest. Rates of pay are given in the application pack.

Q. Do I have to worry about paying income tax and national insurance?

A. We believe that our rates of pay are among the best and better still we take care of everything, tax, national insurance and any other deductions.

Q. When do I get paid?

A. If you hand-deliver your timesheet to our 799b Lisburn Road office or post it to our 146 Malone Road office by 11am on Monday your pay will be in your bank account four days later.
